-       The managing director participated in "The 4th Islamic Real Estate Finance Conference (IREF) Emerging Opportunities in Global Real Estate Markets" which was held in Amman during February 2007 under the patronage of the Central Bank of    Jordan.
The conference concentrated on the importance of the real        estate sector on the economies and investment opportunities in the Middle East and on the suitable Islamic investment   instruments to finance the real estate projects.

-         The managing director participated in “The Finance and Real Estate Investment Conference (world of opportunties)”, which was organized by the Union of the Arab Banks with the cooperation of (Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) during   April, 2007 in Dubai - UAE.

-         The managing director participated in the (Euromoney Egypt  Housing Finance Conference) which was held in Cairo Egypt during May 2007, and presented a paper concerning the housing finance in Jordan and the role of Jordan Mortgage Refinance Company.

-         The managing director participated in the Housing Finance conference (Middle East and North Africa countries) (MENA) which was held in Abu Dhabi during December 2007. under the patronage of   the Arab Monetary Fund in cooperation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC)and he presented the Jordan Mortgage Refinance          Company experience in the housing finance market in Jordan.

-         JMRC received Mr Johny Zeidan the managing director of the Palestinian the Mortgage Refinance Company during February   2007, and was briefed on JMRC experience, policies and  mechanism.
          Mr. Zeidan expressed his admiration of the advanced level of   institutional and professional work to which JMRC has reached   and the achievements it realized. At the end the two parties agreed to continue their cooperation and exchange expertise in  the field of secondary mortgage market.

-         JMRC received a delegation representing the Egyptian Mortgage Refinance Company during December, 2007 and that was the second visit that a team from (EMRC) visits (JMRC) were they had a full brief on polices, mechanism and information technology software used in JMRC.
