One of the main objectives of JMRC is to develop and deepen the capital market in the kingdom as this market is considered the most important source of its funds to be utilized in providing medium and long term refinance to banks and financial institutions in the kingdom.

JMRC gets the necessary funds for its operations by issuing bonds in the local capital market through private or public subscription and in accordance to the Jordan Securities Commission regulations.
